Lawful Good: Mario (Super Mario Bros.) = From a hardworking plumber, to an adventurous traditional hero, Mario is the classic example of the Lawful Good as he rescues Princess Peach from the evil Bowser and his minions called Koopas.
Neutral Good: Lucario (Pokémon) = Calm, protective, and stalwart Pokémon, Lucario protects helpless Pokémon from those who dare trespass their realm. with his iconic bone rush, a Lucario eventually became a Ash Ketchum's new addition, but not until the events of the 8th (Galar) Generation. Lucario became sibling rival, but a unlikely teammate with Cinderace.
Chaotic Good: Fox McCloud (Star Fox) = The illustrious leader of the titular Star Fox, consisting of Falco Lombardi, Peppy Hare, Slippy Toad, and subsequently, Krystal McCloud, Fox McCloud has a Han Solo-ish reputation of a suave and cocky nature. However, he is indeed good-hearted and cares for his teammates.
Lawful Neutral: Revali (Legend of Zelda) = A lovable, but tragic tsundere birb, Revali initially harbours a grudge against Link for being the true champion, but, eventually changed for the better post-mortuum as his relationships with Link improved. Sadly, he was unable to live on, so Teba succeeded him and later did Tulin who is later old enough to succeed Revali as Rito champion.
True Neutral: Dyna Blade (Kirby) = A Phoenix-ish Dreamland denizen who is neither friend nor foe of Kirby, Dyna Blade's motives are rather nomadic as she cared for nest and hatchlings more often than anyone else in Dreamland. She's reclusive.
Chaotic Neutral: Battlemage Soren (Fire Emblem) = Despite initially having xenophobic responses to Beorc and Laguz as a result from his poor treatment from Ashnard the Mad, Soren's mind eventually shifted to a yearning desire for a utopia where all races in the the land in Crimea are created equal.
Lawful Evil: Raven Beak (Metroid) = An evil tyrant of the chozo birdpeople, all what Raven Beak cared about is himself at expense of his own kind and shown to be excruciatingly cowardly when exposed by Samus for the expiriments he had caused. He was also responsible for the creation of Ripley and Dark Samus respectively, which shows what an irredeemable monster he truely is.
Neutral Evil: Crazy Redd (Animal Crossing) = While he does not seem evil (he is a hero according to the Fandom), his actions, intentions, and schemes make him anything but. To outfox the Kitsune black market vendor, you have to discern the art between authentic or pirated. One reckless move, and Blathers the owl will identify the painting, or sculpture as a sham the next day. Making Ponzi schemes like that is true, Neutral Evil acts.
Chaotic Evil: Deathborn (F-Zero) = Now this is how you make a criminal, lawless, cheating, cutthroat, Irredeemable Monster. Deathborn is a criminal mastermind who will do anything in his own power to hurt, steal, destroy, and rob people where they stand and he will not stop to apologize to anyone. He is irredeeemable, ruthless, vile, appalling, selfish, and grievous. He makes powerful enemies, which now proves to be his undoing!
