Xaomi i figured out what i was missing when i got home. you mentioned in step 7 layer effects. what i didnt realize was that you were doing the glow effect on a new layer [atleast thats how i got mine to work].

^^ great Tut i allways have problem with creating wavy lines and i use filtr equa.. !!! If someone want to have more bigger effect on all work glowin sharpy places... you can check my tutorial i think it add with this take great effect.
