Uhh so... I finally drew him out. But uhh... Not really how I originally pictured him in mind.
Rikuto here is supposed to mirror my DW OC Ru Kuai. But somehow... He looks like he's mirroring An Siyu instead.
Also... Who wants to be related to this guy? As in lover, acquaintance, enemies, etc... //Slapped

Around people he doesn't know, he's usually quiet and expressionless, but he'll warm up to people and show more expressions once they get to know him. He's also super loyal and a sadomasochist. Bisexsual too. //Slapped He's actually ambidextrous. His dominant hand is still the right hand, but he prefers to hold his weapon with his left hand.

:: BRIEF HISTORY ::
Rikuto was born into the Souta clan. His clan was the reason the Echizen clan was wiped out. But not long after, the Souta clan had it's own downfall due to internal conflict between the clan members itself.
1555 - Was born into the Souta clan, 3rd main-branch, on the 1st of April. Was born sickly.
1559 - Early in the year, the Souta clan launched an assassination attack on the Echizen clan. Both clans had a long dispute and hatred for each other. The Echizen clan was wiped out and the Souta clan returned victorious. Rikuto was 4 at the time.
1561 - Rikuto was 6 and was forced to train as one of the clan's shinobi/ninja. But he was the weakest shinobi.
1566 - Inner clan dispute started. Clan took sides.
1569 - War broke in the clan. Many died including his family. Clan was disbanded and named anew with new leadership. Rikuto fleed. He was 14.
In Between - He wandered around. Taking petty jobs to survive.
1571 - Met a samurai who called himself Goro who took him in, raised him, and taught him how to be a samurai. He's still weak as a shinobi.
1576 - Goro dies.
1577 - Acquainted with Mitsunari.
In Between - Started serving under Mitsunari. Ran in into Shizuri. Got into a long dispute with Shizuri and in which Shizuri accepted Rikuto in the end.
1600 - After Mitsunari's death, Rikuto disappeared.
1601 - Winter that year, he appeared again and this time works a loner mercenary onwards.
:: WARRIORS OROCHI SPIN-OFF ::
Possessed by Kiyomori, Rikuto and Ru Kuai worked for him under Orochi's forces. After being defeated by Cao Pi with the help of a passing Oozora Zen, Rikuto snapped back to his senses. Realizing his position and the current situation, he wanted to find Mitsunari but was stopped by Cao Pi. Doing it as a favour for being saved by him, Rikuto temporarily worked and served under Cao Pi to help him get back Ru Kuai.

If you need male relationships, I have Hojo Ujimasa and Kirigakure Saizo (I've just never posted them //slappedforbeinglazy). I don't know how Rikuto would feel about Ujimasa, seeing as he's all talk and a crybaby, but he and Saizo could easily be enemies/rivals. My Saizo is a jerk. XD

By the way... I have another OC in the making to mirror An Siyu. Personality and weapon is what I already thought of for him. Just need to give him permanent name and think of his alliance. Not sure if to have him permanently serve under Motochika or make him a wandering mercenary. Oh and he's also a survivor of the Echizen clan. Or more like he left the clan instead.

I'm leaning there. But i'm leaning more towards him serving Chikayasu instead.
Anyway... What info I have of him so far is his given name will be Echizen Saburo. He left the clan with his elder brother due to reasons i've yet to properly think of. A few years after the clan's annihilation he and his brother change their names from Echizen to either Ienari or Iezane (Still deciding. Probably the latter.) Saburo also changed his name to Kimio. *Insert typical asian hair cutting thing symbolizing change etc.* Became mercenaries and was taken in by some lord. And.... That's about it so far.
Oh and he fights using Shogi pieces. //Slapped Because why not right? X'D

Lol well... That's how I imagined it at least. A bit of Mitsunari's colour palette but darker, and with hints of dark teal of his clan. Like what I did with Shizuri with dark mint. Though... The earlier design I had of him in mind was way different. I imagined him clothed like Takakage and with a brighter colour palette. Definitely a shota in mind. X'D But nope. This happened instead. :'D
I might still create Rikuto's earlier design as a completely different character. Not sure though. If I did, I could mirror An Siyu like how Qiuyue is with Shizuri and Rikuto with Ru Kuai. :U
I like men with dark colour palettes too.
That's why most of the time my character's hair colour is mostly either black or brown.
Well... That's totally up to you. She's your character after all. And besides, I don't really mind either.

I see... For Rikuto, he's a failed ninja though. Since he was born a little sickly and was unfortunately forced to train as a ninja while nearing recovery. He wasn't able to keep up. After meeting Goro, he basically left his ninja self behind and became a samurai. Sort off... Something along the lines that it suits him better to become a samurai, although he prefers light clothing and not bulky ones like uhh... Armoury clothing. Though before I drew this, in my head I imagined his outfit being in a similar style as Takakage. But eh...
He and Katsuri could be like... Uhh... Frenemies or something. //Slapped XD

Well, in regards to Katsuri, she's something of a "failed" ninja as well. When she was young, she received a deep wound on her leg, and it effected the growth of it until it healed, making one leg a bit shorter than the other. Because of that, she became rather klutzy and it interfered not only with just her usual walking, but also her ninja work as well. She didn't give up or anything, she continued training in hopes of overcoming that, but. . . it never helped. XD I think on that level, they could have a slight understanding of each other, so. . . I think frenemies could work between them!
Hm, I could probably do something! What kind of person do you think Rikuto would prefer? And, male or female? XD Since, after all, you said he was bisexual. //slapped

After Mitsunari died, Rikuto disappeared for about a year without his whereabouts known, and returned as a mercenary. I decided he'd go solo from there. *Shrugs.*
But yeah. Meeting her while he was under Goro's care is good.
