Well i got to thinking a bulb generally represents an idea stereotypically, and water to me atleast represents vagueness (anything watered down is less of what is being watered-hence my resolution to vague) so almost opposittes. So bulb + water = A vague idea?
Or perhaps a representation of an idea coming together? ^^ you decide. You could even go deep as to say the water is a representation on ones own reflection of the idea who knows >_<
