FULL VIEW TO GET A BETTER LOOK!!Hehe, another ItaSaku picture.
This is a scene from an old ITASAKU fanfic of mine.
I had Itachi's head cut off, because the rest of it looked weird when I drew/colored him, so oh well, the way it is now looks better and more effective to the emotions Sakura is experiencing.
Infection is derived from the song sung by Chihiro Onitsuka.

Hmmm good question, I've never really thought that far the storyline when I was first writing it. I'm not sure if I want him to die either.

Dang straight, this pairing rocks! I mean, I've heard of the pairing and decided to look through it, and I came across your pic, and oh... You had me fall in love with it! I officially love Itasaku!
