Butterscotch Confetti I made for christmas... but I'm probably going to make it more often now.. it's ridiculously good.

Very easily, actually!
You just melt some margarine & peanut butter in a pot on low heat, then add butterscotch chips and stir until melted.. then you pour them over marshmallows and mix until they're well coated, then you pack it into containers and refrigerate. They're ready to cut into squares after a few hours. Also ready to eat then too.. but you need to keep the remaining squares refrigerated.
If you want the measurements and everything, you can probably find them online if you google "butterscotch confetti".

That looks kinda yummy...except I hate marshmallows. But the butterscotch looks yummy. Good idea!

Thanks! It's actually a mixture of butterscotch and peanut butter.. the flavors go so well together.. and combined with the texture of the marshmallows, it's amazing.. but I suppose someone who doesn't like marshmallows wouldn't like it.. lol
