Waiting is difficult, but you'll get there. Your time will come. I had to wait for a few years myself. And I thought it was NEVER gonna happen.. but sure enough, it did

I know how that is.. but weight isn't who you are.
If you need to lose weight to feel more comfortable though, then go for it

I was about 230 Ibs before I transitioned. Now I'm around 209, and a lot of that is muscle. The only fat I have left is in my stomach.
Testosterone will make you leaner

Ah yeah.. that's the shitty thing about being a minor..
But if he's saying "not til you're 18", instead of "NEVER!", there could be hope that he'll fully accept it eventually.
