The kitty is adorable. The expression on its little face is perfect, and I love the soft focus as well as the slight overexposure. The only thing I would change is your background, the red sign and what looks like a fire alarm behind her are a little distracting. I understand animals (cats especially) are not easy to pose and you kind of have to take what you can get... but I have to leave something to be changed, right? XD
Over all, very nice shot. She's an adorable kitty and you have a good eye.

I think the red sign isnt too distracting since she created an awesome Depth of Field, Im just wondering whats that white spot on the bottom left.

The only reason I find it distracting is because of its bright color. The rest of the subject matter is very soft, and I think the orange one the kitty would stand out more if the other bright color wasn't there.
