Interesting...
I like the square format and how it makes things more balanced and such, even though... if you look to the flowers, it doesn't feel as if it is a square, if that makes sense.
I like the focusing and how you've framed it, anyway. The texture adds something extra, although I'm not sure I'm fond of it, as such...
I guess it does dampen on the atmosphere and mood, though, which could reflect the actual concept?
Definitely an interesting piece for sure, either way. I wouldn't have overlaid a tone, personally.. and I'd be interested to see a black and white version too.
