I used Vue 7 to set up the scene, then configured a custom atmosphere and clouds - render!
In Photoshop i just color-corrected it.

Well then...
In Vue7, i added a sphere and moved it slightly above the ground, then i set up the camera to get that angle u see.I changed the sphere's material to a dark-green and convert it to an ecosystem, that i populated with weeds and paint-populate the upper half of the sphere with them - the sphere is now my terrain.
I create an oak tree and positioned it so that it stands as seen - it's actually floating behind the "terrain".
Finally i set up an atmosphere by moving the sun behind the tree and taking it lower to a sunset position, also added two cloud layers.
Changed the camera's fov to get more perspective.
Render & color correct in Photoshop!
Quite simple indeed!
