A small unicorn wants power, control, something he never got to get, he never had any friends, other than his sister, twin sister. He knows she's loyal.. So he asks her to help her with his plans of control, his plans to get everypony under his control and keep it that way, so why not make everypony his slave? They'll soon understand that he was more important than they thought, and that friendship is nothing more than something to hide under. They'll learn to go against anypony that dares cross them, and be a strong nation. But he knows he can't do that with his magic alone, so he got a spell for that, a spell to make everypony hypnotized into his purposes. But he needs help with this spell, and his sister is more than less willing to help.. But she doesn't want to upset her brother either..-----------
