I started this drawing back in May 2018 and it was only today that I finished. Meaning this took me 7 months to complete.
I graduated in May 2018 with all these expectations of life that eventually came shattering down because it didn't happen the way I pictured my life to be. Not that my life was bad because to many my life was "great". Except me. I had built all these expectations up and worn myself out just to reach this "goal" that didn't happen. So I crashed. I had lost motivation to draw or do anything after but I couldn't just stop. I started this drawing out of a reflection of what I was feeling. I was reaching out to all these "dreams" or "goals" and because I was reaching out to do so many things at once I eventually got worn out and couldn't reach any of them. But a new year is here, I am slowly gaining back my motivation. I hope this year I would draw a lot more.
