Wouldn't the males need two tanks, one for each fuel type so that they can refuel ponymorphs of any fuel type. I would imagine that the tank for the fuel type they personally don't use would just be a storage tank and nothing more.

This is not necessary and efficient. Usually the same types work together, so they all have same fuel type. Guests of the other types can get drinks or other materials or find compatible type. There are at least three different fuel types, there's no need to use all of them just to be able to give it to anyone. However, some individuals have extra storage for another fuel type. Here you can see the user interface for my male: 577346575 . He has both petroleum-based fuel and also nitronectar storage for nitro injection (kinda like NOS boost). Actually, any Naphta type can use nitronectar even if they don't have special tanks for it by mixing it with regular kerosene (or what's the bizarre mix of oil products they use), but some hybrid types have special storage for it, as well as better compability (using nitronectar boost is bad for jet engines). And this 475488989 is the UI for a blue lady: Technical Perfection . As you can see, she has only nitronectar storage, and there's no mass storage which means that she can't eat materials other than NN.

Sure. They know all their parameters individually. And females can convert mass to energy too, it's just slower.

I guess they control many parameters just like real plane, but main ones are fuel level, energy, nanogrease level, some parameters dedicated to weapon systems and maybe mental level.

They sleep kinda like laptops, but they can wake up in case of emergency. Some internal systems can work during the sleep, such as generator or radio. Maybe I will draw it someday.

It's hard to say. Depends on activity. Excessive use of weaponry or long flying/running can drain energy very quickly. Generally they are kinda like humans or animals I guess.
