Had the idea for this one at my 7 year old cousin's birthday party
Had a lot of fun with bubbles that day.Think this one turned out really nice, using the same type of style that I am going to be using for the whole set of ~6 LA Backgrounds that I plan on making. Hope you guys like it
Time ~ 5-6 hours (Over the course of 3 days)
