Hab ich mir durchgelesen. Ist rechtlich ein schmaler Grat, auf dem man wandelt. Die Darstellung von Personen ohne deren Einverständnis ist demnach nur durch ein höheres Interesse der Kunst gerechtfertigt. Ein solches Interesse nachzuweisen ist eher schwierig.

Nein nicht wirklich daruber entscheidet letzendlich der Richter. Der Kläger hat erstmal die beweislast.
