I finally gave Maple a proper ref and rethought the whole thing. There was too much wrong with the old one, in terms of info.

Her full name is Maple Mochizuki. I named her after Bu-Ling's voice actor, Hisayo Mochizuki.

Maple is biracial, as her mother is Russian and her father is Japanese. She and her family mainly lived in Russia, but due to business, the family has moved back to Japan. Maple has an older sister named Melania, who is a professional polo player, and she travels between the two countries.

Maple is very adventurous and clumsy. She's outgoing by nature, but has a shy streak because she's afraid fumbling something up. Between all the mews, Maple is closest with Bu-Ling. They find some familiarity with each other, as they are both young, energetic, and from overseas. Maple is trying to learn to be more confident from Bu-Ling, and find her physical stability, so she isn't always tripping over herself.

Maple's Tokyo Mew Mew story begins when she accidentally rolls into the café after tripping on some trash. Even after being embarrassed, she frequently visited the café, ultimately finding out about the Mew Mews. After many times of back-and-forth saving between her and the heroines, she asks to join them. Little did everyone know, Maple already had her tiger DNA after she literally stumbled upon the effects of the DNA Infusion Machine, while a test was being done with it. Afraid of dropping dishes, she takes-up the door-to-door delivery service, after Berry and Tasuku leave on a vacation.

Maple's hobbies include gardening, hiking and horseback riding. She has a horse named Belgium, who she rides when she's playing polo with Melania. Her Mew Mew weapon is called the Mapolo Mallet, and her element is ice/snow.
