Part of my Power Rangers Universe

Eugene "Skull" Skullovitch is best friend to the school bully Bulk. Their unlikely friendship is because the two grew up together. Their power dynamic however is due to Bulk's large stature and sports star status. When the Rangers first arrived in Angel Grove, Skull was instantly obsessed with them. Even to the point that he went along with Bulk's hair-brained scheme to find the Morphing Grid. They eventually were successful however, and the two of them became the Gold and Silver Rangers.

*NOTES*

In my universe, Skull is Bulk's sidekick. But more than that he acts as his conscience, slowly changing him into the more likable version of himself while at the same time Bulk inspires him to be more outspoken. I made him a ranger mostly because I liked the idea, but also because of all the times Skull was misdirection for other Rangers.
