This is the newest design of Lightning Rocker for 2015. New design, new colors, new reference sheet but same personality and same Cutie Mark. I like it a lot, but maybe the grey is just a LITTLE too dark...

Well, i don't know. I think the contrast with the grey coat and the markings on the legs is just a bit too much... A little too distracting from the head.

i would make the patterns on his legs socks.
they look too fake and unreal to be actual pattern, plus the color that they are isn't natural either. ;w;

Damn, I like this design out of all of them. His last one was pretty cool, but I love the neon blue detail.

It's not a bad look, though it will take a bit of getting used to. I myself personally prefer the design used here: It's a very suitable design, fitting name, personality and talent.
The bright yellows and soft blue definitely give off an electric vibe, both in the literal sense and in the sense that he's an energetic, passionate and quick stallion. Given that he is a musician, either design fits, though they give different feels. This 2015 design giving an image of a stallion who is more than capable of dropping the bass and shaking any club with dubstep and trance. The blue and yellow one gives a more 'rocker' feel, a stallion who is at home with his guitar and amp.
This new design, however, isn't too bad.
The dark grey coat and black mane look nice together, and the added scruffiness of the mane gives him an energetic feel, like he could go all night. The cyan portions of his markings and wingtips seem just a little bright, but nothing too bad. Necklace is a nice touch.
All that being said, I've no serious issue with this new look.
Just my opinion, nothing more.

WHOA! Huge change but I love it! Vereh smexy, amazing colors and markings! This really really makes me want to do that breeding soon, I would have had it done so long ago but I don't get much time with work, I keep getting call in and then when I get home I'm tired. ;w; I'm hoping to focus completely on breedings soon though so hopefully I'll be able to do them soon. ;w; I plan on tossing in possible colors from his previous designs too to make the foals very interesting. :3
