Holy poop this took forever.
But it looks nice, eh? I hope this is useful! This is a slightly modified version of Phebe A. Durands tutorial, found here: [link]
It's a great tutorial, but I wanted to make a visual aid that was easy to follow even for those who aren't masters of Photoshop.
I used a few fonts in this tutorial... I don't remember where I got them all but their names are (in order of appearance):
