took another attempt at grass in fryrender. turned out somewhat decent except the strawberries!!..eh. they're a bit more reflective then i'd like. gotta increase the roughness. will update this render soon! made in c4d, rendered in fryrender, edited in photoshop. critiques n comments always welcomeRelated content

For a second I thought this was real!!! Very great shading on the straw berry's great grass! Great tree in the background!! Although I suggest making the grass flow one way with the direction the wind is going.

Nice! Looks delicious. The one TINY thing that distracted me is that the grass appears to look more like shag carpet or astroturf - inasmuch as the blade placement looks uniform like a woven carpet rather than more randomized like in nature. But great work on everything overall!

you're right! i noticed it and attempted to fix it. n i think i did, a lot! but it could still use a lot of work. this grass is just clippings, so maybe flipping them 180 would give them a more random feel. thanks a lot for noticing and commenting n critiquing! truly helps me. n i shall fix this soon!

Very good, though I prefer th other one ! The 'grains' (I don't know if it's the good word) seems too yellow to me ! The rest is top-notch !
