I had a bit of free time today so I did this quick sketch of the characters (what i think they look like anyway) from the book MAXIMUM RIDE by James Patterson. I have the first and the second one and I'm hooked with it like my sister on her HP books..heheThis is just a quickie sketch and i haven't added their wings yet... anyway, their names are (L-R) : IGGY, GASMAN, FANG, MAX, ANGEL, and NUDGE.
did this in pencil then added a bit color on Paint and Roxio......
you guys should try it, the book is pretty awesome in my opinion!!

Thank you everyone !!! it's been forever since i've been able to draw a new MR art.... but I really can't wait to finish the one that i had kept aside due to all my classes before.. so hope u'all will like it when it's finally posted soon!

x3 It's definietly one of the best series I've ever read. They've been turning the first book into a manga/graphic novel thing. It's pretty cool, but they gave Fang this really long, thin, anime hair. :<

Nice touch with Gazzy's t-shirt(TNT), barely recognized angel and nudge since I've read the manga version of the first half of the first book. Tho fang and max look almost perfect, "almost" SRY judgement clouded with manga art and movie possibilities. My opinion they should use someone like the actress who plays Hermoine from HP movies for max, the hair and attitude work in her favor.

you know what? I haven't read the novel, but I start the graphic novel series, Maximum Ride by James Patterson. and by looking at your drawings I could deffinitely pick out Gazzy, Fang, and Max. Hmm...interesting how close you got with them. ^^
