Holy shit, this is 13 and a half years old. From my old forgotten website:

She is not human. She is not a dryad. She is an Elemental spirit, she embodies the spirit of springtime. Where she goes, plants grow.
Originally I had this idea towards the end of winter. Here is the original sketch. kita03192002.jpg It took me a long time to return to it and do it properly.
She has 3 sisters -- Summer, Autumn and Winter. I will begin work on Summer tonight. I believe Summer will be based on an Apple tree.

Yeah, there was a good reason why I never quite got around to doing art, I was really bad at it, haha. This probably belongs in scraps more than anything else, but I found it on an ancient backup CD from 2003 and didn't want to lose it forever.
