Description
A steampunky illustration about an idea I had. I wanted to explore some new techniques and obscure functionalities so as to get to know Photoshop a little better. Also it's in a very convenient 9:16 phone wallpaper size :^).
I have been very busy with life the past weeks so my upload schedule didn't hold out. Also I'm moving this friday so I'm uploading this now rather than tomorrow.
