The color for the sketch i uploaded a few days ago.i really liked the idea of this one. the robot intruding in a very voyeuristic manor. at least the suggestion of eroticism is what i was going for.

And so the latest rover expedition to Earth had ended. Their exploration drone, crushed under the fashionable heel of one of the native sapients, had--contrary to the beliefs of the Galactic Exploration League's xenosociologists--evidently not been designed in a manner that they would find non-threatening. It ran contrary to all logic. Clearly, they liked small things, seemed to have a fondness or at least were docile in the presence of the color pink, and similar creatures on the planet seemed to escape their notice. Perhaps the creatures were aggressive by nature, or easily startled? Of course, the theory that the size of the probe had something to do with its destruction was so laughable as to be considered farcical. What next? That the compound eyes and multiple legs were somehow a contributing factor in the probe's ultimate demise?
Still, perhaps there was some merit to that thought. The next probe would be modeled after one of those legless reptilians. Surely, that would get a better reception from the Earthlings.
(Oh, and I love the illustration, by the way. Naughty, but also silly. Poor insectobot, it's honestly pretty cute and kinda' innocent-lookin', even with the lasers!)

Most impressive indeed. I like the details, like how the robot and her purse are almost exactly the same colour, and how the laser-aim is targeting her nether regions. Just the sparkles off the goggles on he floor adds a nice and subtle touch, as does the grimy and dirty quality of the bottom half of the picture.
All in all, it's very disturbing. I think you achieved your wanted effect pretty well.
