Description
Another photograph from my GCSE mock exam \'reflection\' project.I called this one \'All We Know\' because I like how the glass globe (which obviously represents Earth) is the main focal point of the image and the large marble in the foreground/edge of the image represents the moon.
Earth is the centre because it is the only thing our race really knows properly and the moon is on the edge because it is really only the edge of our knowledge and understanding of what is out there. Apart from our Sun and the other planets in the solar system, Earth and our moon are all we can really base other planets, all knowledge of our Universe was once guesswork based on discoveries here on our own planet. These discoveries about the Universe are now only fact because recent technology developed in the last 100 years. Newly born ideas and theories are not yet complete fact because we simply haven\'t got the technology to proove it.
The blank background of the mirror can represent the seemingly empty and endless universe that is filled with stars, planets and nebulae, yet we do not have proof that we are not alone.
WOAH, that was a weird moment... I got too into that. Sorry everyone.
