Description
A few years ago, I did an experimental geometric abstract using watercolor pencils. I liked how I got an ombre effect with the colors, but I hated how imprecise it was, how every flaw showed. Eventually, I decided to digitize the painting. I scanned it and repainted it using my new Wacom tablet and Photoshop Elements. This time, I'm pretty happy with the finished painting. I like the variety of colors and textures, the juxtaposition of hard and soft edges. It isn't the kind of painting I usually do, but I'm pleased with how it turned out.
