This Millia Rage from Guilty Gear X2. I drew this while experimenting with not using black pencil or pen as an outline. It takes a lot longer to produce a piece like this I've found as I have to draw the outline very faintly in pencil first so that it doesn't show through when it's coloured. Still it was worth every second. Millia lends herself to fanart very well as her hair can change into any shape she wants it, so as long as you keep the rest of her character true to form, her hair can be lots of fun shapes.
