It's good work like the Contrast and the sky! But maybe the picture could be a litlle bit wider so can see all woden prongs!

Yes - I wanted this scene to be wider but behind my back was a unfrozen lake and i coudn't move back any more. Also didn't have wider lens with me, so it was the only composition i could achive that day. Thank You for your comment!

I just adore the sky in this. It really looks delicious! Mmmm! The whole tree silhouette thing you've got going on looks pretty good. Personally, I'm just not very sure about the composition of the shot. Or maybe it's the framing that makes it seem that way to me. I guess the black of the framing doesn't really compliment the shot in a great way. It makes the tree seem too cramped. Perhaps it would a bit better without the framing. Other than that though, I quite like the shot. The lighting is beautiful, especially where the sun is shining through the clouds a little. Nice job, Marcin

Thanks Nyssa. It was almost imposiible to compose it in other way 'coz I was standing on the shore line, having the lake behind me and very little space to manoeuvre. I wish I had wider lens that day. I agree with the frame - it is a little bit too 'heavy' for that photo but I wanted to keep all my shots with the same 'frame desing'. It wasn't hard... The tree really grows with that angle, rotated in that direction. what I did was to step back, crouch, spot meter light part of the sky and used the widest angle I had (28mm). The shot was taken near the lake and I was standing one level lower than the tree wich helps me a lot to reach such perspective. Glad You like this photo. Thank You!
