I totallyΒ Β Β both Burai/Tommy. Both the names in English/Japanese. This VS wallpaper is awesome! You should keep doing more Super Sentai vs. Power Ranger wallpaper in this style and celebrating 39yrs of Super Sentai/20yrs of Power Rangers.

By the way, the idea behind the script is the alternate beginning where the 5 original Power Rangers (the Zyuranger) wake up from a long sleep temporarily to fight to defend the Earth but are growing old and weak so they need to transfer their power to their successors.

Burai: What is it that you want, Rita?
Rita: We need your help, and we know you need ours.
Burai: With what? Geki's--
Rita: dead, I know, but that still doesn't change the terrible truth that I keep getting beaten by those Power Rangers! We made a deal which brought you here.
Burai: What?
Rita: If you can help us defeat the Power Rangers, you will get your revenge.
Burai: Why, Rita?
Rita: Because Jason's competence and ambition that keeps the team together proves that Geki's spirit lives within him.
Burai: To make the Red Ranger suffer is to make Geki suffer. That makes sense.
Rita: Exactly! You tell us your plan and we'll help you get your revenge.
Burai: Fair enough. Provoke a battle between Jason and one of his own friends.
Rita: We've tried almost every spell on them, but none of them worked. Why would your plan be any different?
Burai: Because my plan does not involve some stupid gimmick such as some silly old "monster of the week."
Finster: HEY!
Burai: It involves me taking advantage of Geki, prince of the prehistoric kingdom, being my younger brother rendering me an heir to the throne!
Rita: How?
Burai: By recruiting the sixth ranger! You make me a power coin, the suit, and the weapon, and I shall make you a ranger!
Rita: Hmmm! My very own ranger, eh? Who do you propose is the candidate? Billy, Zach, Kimberly, and Trini are already taken.
Burai: (fiddling and angling the telescope) See for yourself.
Rita looks at Tommy and watches him getting to know Jason and the other rangers conveniently. She looks surprised, stunned, and thrilled.
Rita: Oh, Tommy Oliver! Great friend of Jason! Boyfriend of Kimberly! Brilliant!
Burai: AND he nearly beaten Jason in the martial arts tournament recently! Send in the putty patrols at once to test his ability. If he pasts his first test, I shall recruit him as my successor just as Geki recruited his.
Moments later...
Burai: Welcome, Tommy. You passed your first test.
Tommy: Wait, what?
Burai: (attempting to get perfectly ignorant Tommy excited) Did you know who you just fought against?
Tommy: Um, his name is--
Burai: Jason, I know. You fought him in the tournament and made friends with him shortly afterwards. Perhaps you like to know where the Power Rangers came from.
(Cut to Rita making an incantation to make the power coin. She succeeds and the power coin is finished)
Burai: So, the story ends when they have selected their worthy successors, the 5 teenagers with attitude. Zach, the Black Ranger. Kimberly, the Pink Ranger. Billy, the Blue Ranger, and Trini the Yellow Ranger.
There is a pause. Tommy listens closely to Burai.
Burai: And Geki's successor, your friend, Jason, the Red Ranger.
Tommy looks surprised.
Burai: Hard to believe, isn't it? You fought against the Red Ranger in a tournament and you didn't even know it because he was demorphed at the time. This time, you fight him in a REAL battle, Tommy.
Rita hands Burai the power coin. Burai takes it and presents Tommy the power coin and recruits him.
Burai: Congratulations, Tommy. You are the Green Ranger.

I really wish someone would make this possible. I'm aware that spriting is a beast of a job, though. Especially since this would end up being a TON of different rangers, and only a few that I'm aware of have 2D sprites already.
