Description It's not very fancy, but you get the drift. If anything's a little unclear, please comment and I'll try to explain better.

It's my first tutorial, so please don't judge, just tell me what may help more next time?

If this helps at least one person then I'll be happy. C;

Facial proportioning can be applied to cartoons as well as realism and this works for both traditional and digital art.

Edit: After a useful comment, I thought it would be best to show proportioning on actual photo references to help a little more.

Please remember, these are just general proportions - they're not set in stone and it will vary from person to person.

if i'm not mistaken the nose is supposed to be at 2/3 of loxer half of the face
but i'm not sure :s just thought it looked kinda high

Ah, you may be right. Maybe it's just how I drew it? I don't know,, I just studied faces a bit and usually the nose came to just slightly under halfway, more or less. Of course, everyone is different. Maybe I'll add in a couple of photos too to help show on a real person. Thanks for this!
