Queen is supposed to be more deadly than the king, the king just kinda sits around and gives orders lol

as mentioned before: they all look fine but the queen and the tower just steal the show and make the others seem considerably worse. other than that this is just amazing.

I think the tower and Queen pieces are fantastic as they give a feeling that they're completely from another world. However the same cannot be said with the other pieces, it feels like they don't pair up together as they should. I think you should exaggerate details of the other pieces and make them more whimsical, particularly the bishop and King.

hmm yea, thanks for pointing out the other pieces don't compare to the tower and queen, they look too generic compared to the others on a second look XD Β Β 


I'm glad you think the rook and queen are from another world, I'll definitely try to go more in that direction. Β
