Description
A short comic trying to explain a bit of the Advanced EFS which appears in my Fallout Equestria Fan-fic, Heavy Rain. The fic thus far and other stuff can be found in my "Fallout Equestria - Heavy Rain" folder. The two ponies in this comic are my OCs Dash and Pinks, whom are supposed to resemble Rainbow and Pinkie and the main protagonists of the story.I probably should released a comic detailing what the SparkBuck is first, but this is just the first thing that came top mind that I believe needed some explaining/clarity.

That is the best tool for sniping that way you can prepare for the target to get out were your target is and how far they are because your normal vision will blur at certain lengths it will not making it easier to track the target

This reminds me a bit of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I read it in the same voice and it just has the same tone.
