Description
Working on a new cosplay. The Texas Commonwealth Ranger will borrow heavily from the NCR Rangers, but will have some differences.LAPD replaced with DPD (Dallas Police Department)
I used 42 to represent Vault 42
More to come later. Still need to add straps and make the rest of the costume.
