Team Rocket and Neo Team Rocket have returned, but this time they're serious. Both gone to ground due to being tired of the conflict between their teams when their true enemies are the PKMN Rangers, they decided to unify the two teams in order to strike back all the stronger. To that end, they have been preparing in secret the ultimate weapon in their fight against the Rangers,the Emerald Ranger, the great unifying force...

One day, as the PKMN Rangers react to an odd energy reading just outside the city, and go to investigate. Once there, they learn the awful truth of Team Rocket's long absence, the Emerald Ranger flanked by Ruby and Sapphire, and with them three new monsters: RegirockMonster, RegiceMonster and RegisteelMonster; and that the three teams have united in their desire to defeat the Rangers...

Emerald Ranger morphs into battle using his GameBoy Advance SP Morpher and Emerald Game Cartridge. His personal weapon is his mighty Rayquaza Naginata, which coupled with his altered DNA (allowing him to use Rayquaza's signature move Outrage while unmorphed), create a formidable fighting force. As the leader of these 3rd Gen Rangers, he wields the PKMN Bardiche, the combination of their three weapons. And finally, with the arrival of his Rayquaza Mech, the Hoenn Megazord is born, with the Kyogre Mech forming the Legs, Groudon Mech forming the Torso and Head, and Rayquaza Mech forming the Arms and Chest-piece.

How will the PKMN Rangers fare against their new unified enemies? And just why are they always accompanied in battle by the three Regis...?

UPDATE - 14/4/13
Eventually, the PKMN Rangers discover that the reason for the three Regis presence is simple, between them they hold the Red Orb, the Blue Orb and the Jade Orb, mysterious objects that allow the bearer to control Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza, and thus the three Gen III Rangers. Upon discovering this, they decide that the best course of action is to destroy these orbs, and so they design new weapons to fight back. Of course, finally they win through, shattering the Orbs, but by doing so leaving themselves in mortal danger from the three Regis. But, just as the Regis are about to administer the death stroke, they are attacked by the Gen III Rangers and defeated. After the battle, these three rangers finally reveal their identities to the other PKMN Rangers, and pledge to join them to protect the world.

Harry, the Emerald Ranger, is without a doubt the cleverest student in school,and upon his being freed from Team Rockets clutches, reveals the truth to the rest of the PKMN Rangers: he originally created the morphers and all the other equipment they use. Observing the PKMN Rangers from afar, he secretly would drop subtle hints to them to unlock new powers and weapons, however, one day as he was preparing to show the rangers his new prototype GameBoy Advance Mophers and Game Cartridges, he was attacked by Team Rocket, who took him prisoner, torturing him into altering his Morphers. He would have been left to rot, except that he had already bonded his DNA to the Emerald Game Cartridge and GameBoy Advance SP Morpher,making it impossible for it to be used by any other, and so Team Rocket came up with the idea of using the three Regis to enslave him, the other two Gen III Rangers, and Teams Aqua and Magma. Now that he is free, he becomes second in command of the Rangers after Rick, and of course their technical specialist.
