A re-draw of an old picture, made in Clip studio paint and a Wacom Intuos. I don't dare to say how long it took in consecutive hours, but less than a day or two were spent drawing it.Textures from textures.com
He's not a specific character. Probably just another suffering soul bound to forever thirst for agony like all other Death Knights. At least he's smiling!
