I have to say...when I read the 4 issues about the world wide blackout in the archie comics with my mom...I realized something.

This chapter...was very...very, very....VERY dark.

Think about it. An ancient super computer from alien material activates a field which disables all electronic technology. Which is about 99% of what sustains human life.

Phones go dead, computers fail, your house goes dark, the streets have no light, which means tons of road accidents. The trains stop and people are trapped, airplanes crash, which by the way, millions of AIRPLANES ARE INT HE AIR AND CAN'T LAND INT HE DARK BECAUSE THE ENTIRE AIRPORT GOES BLACK?

Hospitals goes dark and many people die who are kept alive by machienes, you can't cook, you can't call anyone, no SOS, boats are lost at sea, people in space can't go down because their connection to earth is gone, food factories are dead, which means no food and tons of other things.

Guys, this means that MILLIONS of people have DIED. And the blackout lasted TWO. FULL. WEEKS.

Are you kidding me?

That's gotta be the darkest thing I've seen in a cartoon/video game story. But I can't say it's bad. Ya happy now adults? There is a very serious threat in this story which we can actually shiver in fear about. No electricity means we're all fucked. Send back to the stone-age.

And another reason why Elecman is awesome.

We also know that Ian Flyn linked Shadowman to the Stardroids, which are also linked to Ra Moon. I give my best autistic epic clap for that. But there is one thing I hope...no...pray for.

There MUST be an emotional struggle for Shadowman when the Stardroids come to earth. They havn't forgotten him after 20.000 years ago. They'll probably be very abgry and punish him. Trying to get him back on their side.

Shadow struggles with the fact that he has two options:

Join them and get a new purpose ( since I think he will be very upset when he hears Whily dies at the end of the Megaman 3 story. Spoilers, he does not die, btu he will think he has no purpose after this )

Or...he can protect the family he never had.

Ian Flyn...please. I'm not begging, I'm hoping you would take this oppertunity and create an amazing chapter out of this.

Shadowman can finally have a chance to have a fully developted character. From a Kuperdroid, to a ninja to a hero.

He can learn from his lessons and learn to love his brothers.
But please...don't let him die. Don't let ANYONE die. That would be the worst move you could make in this comic. And you would loose a lot of your fans. You've got ONE chance on this story. One. Chance.

Grab your chance and go wild with the ideas for the robot masters. They can finally show their full potential, comedy, drama and love with this. And it would be such a shame...if you screwed it up.

Megaman is more mature and deep than anyone realizes. And I want something beautifull as this...to be remembered.
