i really can't explain it clearly, but gives me a similar vibe to the manga Witch Hat's Atelier, maybe it's the old fashioned side-cut cloaks and the a bit mid- XIX century vibe of the clothing? xP

just personal opinion ofc, but i found it quite endearing: the story isn't original but the way it is (and the world is) developed is really artful ^^
Also the artist, Shirahama Kamome, is a superbly talented artist, her panels have that feeling between a old book engraving and a XIX century fairy tale book illustration
