Here you go!My OS now finally out of Alpha and into beta 1!
New features:
*No more start menu.
Its a launcher bar. It features all the icons of the softwares installed.
*Settings Menu
New settings system
Different Walls with Slideshow setting
Make the now "TRANSPARENT" launcher bar opaque.
*Sift colaboration
Sift and media center work perfectly
*Parachat
*More new apps
*Now the login screen is changed.
You need to click on your username and then type the password
*Transparent Laucher bar

I didn't use Flash for this. I used Swish Max. Coding in that is weaker but easier. You've alot of work arounds to make things work very advanced

I think you need to get rid of the annoying hand cursor on the buttons:
useHandCursor=false
