Some people guessed it right, it seemed.

So, to explain the thought process here, I decided that, rather than making the SpringBonnie costume more realistic, I'd make the corpse slightly more gruesome and realistic, while modifying the costume to fit. As such, the edit is mostly bone, guts, and costume. This character... Actually has no endoskeleton. His endoskeleton is his skeleton.

Also, pretty easily exposed guts = Violence Filter.
