I wouldnt look at anatomy if it wasnt mentioned in description. 
What counts here is a message. Havent seen yet such interpretation of green fairy. Its obvious that she must be dead if she sits in absinthe and waits for someone who will drink it. I LIKE IT.

I wasn't sure what was in my mind at the time I drew this. I hadn't tasted it yet back then... Perhaps she gains flesh and blood as soon as somebody drinks it.. dunno..
I'm really glad you like it and took time to look into it. People (including myself) rarely do.

I loved his children's stories when I was a kid (not that I don't anymore) and his short (and more scary) stories were delightfully disturbing when I got older...
