This form never appeared in Zyuranger but, it did make it's way into the Zyu2 footage for MMPR in the episode "An Oyster Stew" where Tommy loaned Zack the Dragon-Shield for a while.
Also, Bluefin Distribution said that if we made enough noise and really want it, they'll ask Tamashii Nations to make a special Armored MMPR Black Figuart for us as an exclusive over here.
Ain't that awesome? BUT WAIT! There's more awesome to come.
Recently on Twitter, Reiko Chiba who played Mei AKA PteraRanger from ZyuRanger posted:

Nice pic. Sounds like something to look forward to. I've noticed that Zyuranger isn't as admired in Japan as MMPR is in America. So, this might be interesting.

Possible surprises:
1. The cast will play a role in Kyoryuger, maybe as Amy's parents xD

That would be awesome, the Kyoryugers meeting the original Dinosaur Sentai.
If these 2 teams teamed-up and had a mecha fight, the Zyurangers would have to go straight to Daizyujin because I'm not sure if the suits for the Guardian-Beasts are usable anymore, unlike the Daizyujin suit which did get used again in GoBusters VS Gokaiger.
