Description

Just a weapon concept I came up with when discussing with a friend over attempts at turning the Halo Assault rifle from a bullpup design to full Assault Rifle. I was less then impressed with the lack of proper scaling with the other designs I saw, so i googled the side view of an Assault Rifle, and with a bit of GIMP editing, made this quick concept art of what I feel it should look like.

I feel like I kept the general feel of the Halo AR, (Reach Version here), without sacrificing its general feel, but with the magazine being moved up, the barrel and over all weapon frame work needed to also extend forward. I feel like in a way, this reminds me of 343's attempt at turning the Bungie Era Covenant Plasma Rifle into the Storm Rifle, as it has a very similar silhouette profile.

If someone wants to attempt to model this one and put it as a mod, by all means, but just give me a message so i can see it too!
