This rainbow lasted for a good 20 minutes. it was quite a nice little surprise towards the end of a day spent skiing.Nikon FA

it's beautiful, such a perfect contrast between the rainbow and light, and the darkness all around it. That silouhetted branch just addes the final touch, too. It looks like it's really standing up strong and resisting any darkness, and has been touched by the rainbow as a result.
