I think this is why Counter Strike maps are generally unpopulated by NPCs. It's not for their safety as much as it is for the safety of either team of players. That's Noire's foot, by the way. The bottom two pastel characters are Peashy (the yellow-ish blurb) and Neptune (violet-hair on the right-hand side). The one on the same floor as Noire is IF (pronounced "eye-eff"; Or, you can just call her "Iffy").
