Here's Chichi-tan's reference sheets!Take the Overly manly stereotype, with a sprinkle of final bossness, turn it all into female form, and tada!
Couldn't resist giving the biggest boobs to the one who wants it the least.
Yeah she's the biggest one, Even moreso than Liaas. They stick together though, Shino decides to hunt the kraken and liaas gets a decent meal, it's a win-win
Couldn't decide between underboob or sideboob, so why not both?

The only question is.. Where is she "hiding" the sword when she is not using it? This thing must be more than 10 kilometers long, you can't just hide it like that for sure

I would love to see a manga about her as main-character, also being the "big overlord" who gets challenged by humans all the time. A bit like overlord, but without the game aspect.

Bytes on the other hand is the opposite, disarming enemies and putting them at a disadvantage is priority.

I love this. It's always fun to see some thing of a character's life outside all the action. And of course her wonderful breasts and her puzzlement at their distractive quality just makes it all even better.

Oh they do have their stories, I can probably write most of them except for bytes which require another level of storytelling that i do not yet possess.
In the meanwhile Shino will proabably appear in my friend's comic and a final final boss.

I am viewing this sheet at the tail end of a bad day. The humor in it is A-rank (like the others--you have a knack for this), good enough to allow me to forget the rest of today at least a bit. 
To avoid spamming your comments, I'll continue saying what I was going to here.
As soon as I finished reading this, Shino instantly took the #2 Favorite Zerion Character spot. (#1, of course, is Fat Cat--that won't change.) Speaking of Liaas, now that I know more about Shino (especially her manliness--Liaas seems to serve as quite the foil to Shino in that respect), I can't help but wonder how they act with each other. This also reminds me of how you said Shino's ideals are "in direct conflict" with Bytes'. No kidding. lol
I also have to (emphatically) echo Somvold's sentiment--I do love her new design. She looked nice before, but definitely looks better now. Shino definitely looks a bit like Bytes; both seem to carry an air of personal dignity, and you can see it in their faces. Bytes' dignity seems elegant--almost regal, whereas Shino's seems imposing and more forceful, like that of a dominator. (Though "dominatrix" is the proper word, meaning a "female who dominates", I avoided using it because of the more familiar definition--which is not what I had in mind.) Her taciturn demeanor complements that air, too, as does her preference for high places. Aside from those things, she still does look cute/pretty, like Bytes. Though she's short, I'd think a whole lot more than just twice about trying to hug her.
The chains definitely send a message. They're reminiscent, to me, of powerful characters in other works--like the oni Ibuki Suika of Touhou, or Uranus of the Bloody Roar series; the former being strong enough to be a final boss-like entity, and the latter actually being a final boss (Bloody Roar: Primal Fury)
I could go on, but it's late, and this post is probably huge. lol I'll end it with this: "Use the DOOR!" "Nonsense." Truly a boss.

Really like how you revamped the character design here and guess she can be a bit of chihuahua as she likes to challenge the stronger opponents except she actually can take them on.
Can somewhat see why Liaas like to stay glued to her though and would like to see the reference sheet for Bytes eventually.

Same here, Shino is actually one of the very few characters that is comparable to Bytes in intelligence.
