Now there's a proper pick-me-up.Part 1:

Sorry if it's a little cheesy, just wanted to draw what would get an actual teary reaction out of Tex; he doesn't hear that kind of stuff too often.

That's what a true friend does, telling them what needs to be heard. Rather that what they want to hear and it's stuff like this that make me smile and get close to tearing up. Mainly because of the existence of people like Prezia, who see the qualities of a person from the inside than the outside.

That made me tear up, because I can surely understand why the scars on Tex' face would be such a game changer for him. Usually all he'd have to do, to get that validation from girls, is smile and be him.
Now that the scars are there, people, as friggin' always, base people's looks on what they do or who they might be as a person.
It's sad to know it resembles a lot of assumptions and misjudgment in today's world.
But nonetheless, it's a gorgeous comic, very heartfelt, with strong and true spoken words.
You're amazing at doing these kind of things, I truly appreciate reading every single one of them, Zerna. You're amazing as a person and an artist <3

Aaw, so sweet! I really like the throwbacks to past comics and it's even better to see him get a proper boost after the blow to his confidence. I think we all need a friend like Prezia to punch love into every once in awhile. Tex is a super lucky guy to have such caring friends.

This comic had some feels and awesome moments in it from your previous ones and it's really cool!
I like Prezia more now, she's such an interesting character that has a way with words
and I just noticed something..... did Prezia actually made Tex blush? (if you call a flushed face with tears a blush that is) because I recalled a comic strip way back then that Tex said nothing can make him blush (except your loophole of course), if so, Ooohhh!
