Nuic can beat Tex at any fight he tries throwing at him. He's always been better, and always will be. Tex is normally a very level-headed fighter, but he invariably gets frustrated and sloppy when he fights Nuic, who is simply faster, calmer, and more strategically precise.Meanwhile, Nuic is just exasperated by the constant challenges, and would rather enjoy a spot of tea and a walk outside.

That feel when you overanalyze everything about this picture just because you can. Seriously, I can tell exactly why Tex lost just from one snapshot of this fight.

Well, see, I take a martial arts class. And honestly? Tex has.... Zero guard whatsoever. While his robotic arm IS up, its too far away from his face to be used effectively to guard and his other arm is down by his hip. Waaaay too far away from anywhere he should be trying to guard. I can't see his feet, so I can't say anything for his stance, but he looks a bit off balance in this crescent kick. Nuic could pretty easily use one arm to shove his leg away right now and the other to get a good solid hit to his body (I don't know about other martial arts, but in the one I'm learning, we're taught not to punch to the face.) Another option Nuic has is that he looks like he's in the process of bringing his one leg up to kick. A good front kick from there would force Tex to move back and Nuic would have the opportunity to get off another good kick because of that. After all, Nuic would probably know very well to rechamber his kick, allowing him to get off multiple kicks without having to put his foot back on the ground. As long as he's got a good stance, he should be able to balance for quite a while. Again, since I can't see their feet in this picture, its hard to talk about their stances. Haha, sorry! I didn't meant to ramble on like that. I just really like analyzing fight scenes like this because most of the time in art, its not very accurate, but it actually looks pretty good in your art!

That aside, I keep looking at Nuic's scars. He's just covered in them! I remember he got these on his first mission, but I shudder to think what they had him doing to earn those in one go. It's even worse when you remember how young he was.
I've been trying to figure out where they are. Sana's favorite gym? Space Vegas? I think they do cage matches or some such there...
