Oh i used photoshop. Kitana herself is from a render from the new upcoming game, Mortal Kombat Vs DC Universe. I just did the background and effects =]

Really? When is it coming out? If only THEY put her in her MKII outfit. It struck a perfect balance between beauty and privacy. In other words, it showed off her legs but not her cleavage.
