I like the posture, the way he's looking back over his shoulder with a cigarette. Good attitude.

I find it unsettling the way his face is lit by two light sources. It's especially apparent on the right side of his face, where the hair is black, but his cheek right below it is almost reflective, it's so bright.

Good intensity in the eyes, they're very believable.
