Well technically if you think about it we were all born from a few humans. Those few humans multiplied to the number of people today. Even though how small there could still be genes of a great great great etc relative in you and the othr one dating. Technically we have all been made from some incest no matter how small it may be

Well, cousins is legal in most of the world. I think only a few states in the U.S have made it illegal. And the chances of a kid with some sort of irregularity is barely higher then if they weren't related at all. Really, even if they were full on siblings, the chances would only be around 4%, as opposed to about 1%. Sure it's four times as likely, but not that big a deal.
That said, I don't approve of incest. But, I also won't mock anyone who does approve, or is in an incestuous relationship. Not really any of my business who they bring to their beds after all.

Incest isn't a bad thing if both are adult and want it, if there's no forced sex, blackmail or some poop like that. So if they don't plan on making babies and just want to enjoy, why not? Gays and lesbians also used to be looked at as something terrible (remember what inquisitors did?), and still are a big WTF for many. Some places allow incest, some punish for it (sometimes worse then for killing, WTF with that?!) But really if they don't harm anyone, let them enjoy.

Actually, I'm fairly sure that marriage to your second cousin is legal in all places (in the United States -- not sure about other places). Marriage to your first cousin is the one that's legal in only some states.
